ABOUT COMPANY
The THHT Praha, Ltd. was established on April 27th, 1998 and it started business
operations in May 1998. The company address is pirkova 523/12, 142 00 Praha 4 -
Kamýk, the manufacturing plant is located on leased premises in area of the former
company ČKD Praha at address Na Harfě 336/9, 190 00 Praha 9 (please, use this address
as company mail address), transport entry to shop floor KVZ-4 is possible from gate
in Klečákova street.
ACTIVITY
THHT Praha activities are focused on production of heat transfer systems, used in
particular for cooling of electrical power elements in traction motor vehicles
(trams, locomotives). The main productive activities are CNC machine metalworking
(we have technical skills with copper and aluminium) with high quality surface
treatment (flatness, roughness), drilling of deep holes (e.g. for heat pipe systems),
brazing, design, calculations and production of heat pipes with high intensification
of heat transfer, and design and production of heat exchanger units for traction
motor vehicles.
THHT Praha is small flexible private company qualified to cater for the needs of
various customers regardless of product specification, of course not only in heat
transfer elements but also in different fields.
CUSTOMERS
THHT Praha had fifteen employees (2003). The main customers of the THHT Praha are
both from the Czech Republic and from abroad as ALSTOM Industry a.s., Cegelec a.s.,
ČKD Průmyslová elektronika a.s., FERRAZ Date Industries (France), GE Transportation
Systems (USA), Siemens Kolejová vozidla s.r.o. (in alphabetic order) and others.
THHT Praha had many reliable partners to extend its production on special technologies
as surface finish, welding, heat exchanger units production etc.
